    Great workout for today....I am doing a 5-day water fast, so looking for low intensity! This did the trick for me>not too extreme, just enough to get the heart pumping and helping me excrete some toxins!

      Great to hear - good luck with the fast! I try to do intermittent fasting on most days. Eat my first meal around 1 p.m.after my workouts and filming. It works for me! ;)

    Good workout when short on time. Challenging! Finished with 5 min of skipping rope. The lunge and press ups were hard!

    Roughly how many calories does this workout burn? I've been using kettlebells for over a year now and my body is used to what I've been doing the last few months so I'm excited to try this workout tomorrow. :)
