- A taquito is a Mexican food dish that typically consists of a small rolled-up stuffed tortilla. These Crispy Vegan Taquitos Bites are quick to prepare and can be prepared in the air fryer in a jiffy.
I have sliced the tortillas into bite size pieces so it’s easier to eat and then air fry them for a healthier, much tastier dish.

Corn Tortillas - 8 pieces
Mushroom - 200g
Oil - 1 tsp
Garlic - 6 cloves
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Vegan Cream cheese by @violife_foods (my all time fav) - 150g
Vegan cheese by @etosha.uy - 200g
Red Chili Powder - 1/4th tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Parsley - 2 tbsps
Lime Juice - Optional
