    You sound South African, am I correct? I feel it’s gonna be a long wait before Dubai South will increase in value & guess a demand for this area will only happen once the new airport reaches completion. Do you think it would be better to invest in another area in the meantime & what alternative area would you suggest to be good for end user pls? Informative video, thank you

      For now, any Villa or Townhouse as investment in Dubai South Is a good Idea. I will personally not buy apartments there at least 3 years before airport completion in a development that is not a master plan by a master developer. Expo City and EMAAR South, yes, but not mix use community.

    There are more competetion now from neighborhoods. Qatar, Saudi, Kuwait are all modernized and becoming more advanced.

    As long as the airport is not done then your money will seat and nothing is moving. House will be renting once there is demande.

      Check dxb interact, emaar south rents and properties both went up. Dubai is literally exploding
