You caught my accent? 😅 For now, any Villa or Townhouse as investment in Dubai South Is a good Idea. I will personally not buy apartments there at least 3 years before airport completion in a development that is not a master plan by a master developer. Expo City and EMAAR South, yes, but not mix use community.
