AFAIK , Dubai’s rental income is taxable in India !! Also if your income is above 50 lakhs , you have to declare the asset . Iske alawa if your transaction is above 7 lakhs in a year , toh 20

People bypass this by allowing one of their family members to stay in Dubai > 182 days to get the NRI tag… If u qualify for the NRI tag then ur foreign income will not be taxed in India ..

He said ki unke indian apartment me monthly 40k aatha h usme se agar tax tds gaya toh 35k aatha h, toh 35k is 0.35 percent of 1cr ,but yeah its not an argument or anything its fine

Sorry but investment in Apartment's is not a good idea.. Instate of apartment you should focus on Raw Plots.
One Question is how do you transfer funds from your Indian Bank account to the builder in Dubai or how do you transfer cash?? Bear in mind and you missed this point that if you're paying via Bank accounts, you are liable to pay 20% TDS whereas if you're buying a property in India it is only 1 %, so what is the way out for that??
I think it you have Emirates card, no issues at all.
@@iPolitics. we bought without emirates card, agent helps make forms at the time of buying you need to get it transferred on your name and hand over manager check. i bought under construction town house in from murooj al furjaan in nakheel.
They have there offices in delhi or Mumbai where you can hand over money!

Tax free income is only for Dubai citizens, not for outside investors, they have to pay tax back home country where they hold the passport from
If u fall in NRI category i.e., if u stay >182 days outside India then the income from outside India is not taxable in India.
