Very good place , green and in terms of quality way better then many other old buildings.
In 2024 price is very high , but maybe better apartment you can get . When prices down not so many choices .

Expo is sooo far out much prefer Arjan completely different but so much development over the next 3 years. On the new metro line and way better location

Who is renting when so many properties exist? I see that there are so many projects but will the number of renters increase or will rental income just drop.
