What about residency status by property investment do you have recent guide like the min value of the property . How long residence visa can be granted ? Will it be renewed ? What about investing in sharjah or ajman for own residency ?
Can you suggest any particular apartment/Building at a budget of 1-1.5 million AED within the Dubai City (not the countryside) Free Hold area like JVC? Not villa. No Townhouse. I want the least maintained flat 2 BHK apartment with a simple modern but elegant interior and good road accessibility (If possible near any metro station). For a middle working class with an Indian passport.
Look at Al jadaf waterfront … its central location between airport and downtown and future downtown 2.0. It has metro station in 5 minutes walk. You should get in < 850k AED 1BED
Hello sir, Please reply if a oci card holders live in india for rest of his life for how long his bank accounts consider as nre or nro account is it for lifetime or some specific time. Thanks
If an OCI holder lives in India for the rest of his/her life, after 1 year of RNOR, they will need to convert their NRE/NRO account to a resident account. Any Indian citizen/OCI or even a total foreigner who is resident in India will just have regular resident accounts in India.
Buy real estate in dubai only if ur really very rich and have a lot of money to waste, never invest in UAE with your hard earned savings in the hope of getting higher rental returns

Dubai real estate is not giving returns better than India. Its only the Golden visa that's the charm but now its not so great added feature.
Interesting...but ask 10 people if they'd prefer to live in India or Dubai and it won't be India, and that golden visa surely helps.
Not any another
Both will take commission 😂
Nothing new. All just common sense.
Broker like u
