Danube is a garbage developer. You should only buy Emaar as its state backed and has the monopoly on a lot of top projects.
Dubai is very futuristic in my country “every” house you rent is taxed %13 so we start to move our investments there 🎉❤
There are very few countries that do such a hard sell on real estate as Dubai and its real estate agents . There are few great things there but people that are moving are that don’t like what’s happening in India, Russia and Britain , those are 3 top nationalities buying real estate.
Is apartment in Furjan a good location for investment? Does apartment loose value once purchased and put on rental? Is resale a loss or profitable? Such questions always put a resistance to put hard earned money in market. Hope some1 have qualified answers

@@user-mr5it7hn2i exactly. On paper you think you’re getting paid a lot in the UK, until the taxes hit. Not only that but the huge rental prices, add on how it’s now very expensive to live in UK due to inflation etc, people are only working to get by.
This taxes fool a lot of immigrants. First they look at the pre tax salary and then what it buys them in Ghana. But you better take prices and taxes into account.
No casinos in Dubai. It's an Islamic country why are developers pushing governments to build and approve casinos. That money from casinos will be haram.

I DONT AGREE with this expert. All the money is coming from abroad to Dubai. America/Canada/Europe/China etc are seeing big slowdowns in economies and will enter recession.When this happens money coming to Dubai will dry up.Dubai is building property at huge rate to increase the population.
