  • Easy vegan recipes for weight loss that are high protein and WFPB is what I will be sharing with you today. Full recipes below.

    HIGH PROTEIN PASTA
    200 grams sliced mushrooms
    160 grams chopped onion
    3/4 cup plant based cheese sauce (recipe below)
    1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
    1/4 cup soy milk
    3/4 cup red lentil pasta cooked to package directions
    1 T nutritional yeast
    1/2 tsp each garlic salt and onion powder
    1 T chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
    Add 2 T water to a non stick pan on medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions
    Cook until mushrooms cook down and onions are translucent
    Add the spaghetti sauce, soy milk and cheese sauce to pan and stir well. Add the pasta, seasonings, lemon juice, parsley, and nutritional yeast and stir well and let cook for 2-3 minutes on low. Serve with 2 cups of the steamed broccoli
    Serves 2. 370 calories and 26 grams protein per serving.
    CHEESE SAUCE REICPE
    1 cup of cauliflower chopped
    1 medium potato
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1/3 cup nutritional yeast
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 cup soy milk
    1/4 - 1/2 cup water more if you want it thinner (use the cooking water)
    Juice of half a lemon
    Boil the potato and the cauliflower till fork tender. Once the potato and cauliflower are done add to a blender with the other ingredients Use the cooking water for the water in the recipe. blend till smooth
    AIR FRIED SOY FREE TOFU WITH VEGGIES
    1/3 block (113 g) of Big mountain tofu cubed
    1/2 onion sliced in thick
    200 grams pre baked potatoes cubed.
    1 1/2 cups steamed green beans
    onion powder
    garlic salt
    smoked paprika
    nutritional yeast
    First add the tofu to the bowl and season and mix well. Add to a lined baking sheet. Do the same with onions and potatoes. Place in a preheated oven on air fry or convection setting and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with the green beans. I add some sweet chili sauce to the tofu and beans.
    Serves one 373 calories 31g protein.
