    THANK YOU FOR THIS 28 DAY CHALLENGE! I'm a fit 50 year old who runs/walks 6k daily but got very, very bored in the gym. This is a great kick start to getting back into resistance training. It's challenging enough without being horribly difficult (although those push up to straight leg moves SUCKED - ha ha. So hard. Thank you for sharing these workouts. I'm already looking forward to tomorrow!

    Started a bit out of order, because I wanted to try this Pilates wall workout without subscribing to an App, then I thought it was such a great workout to add to what I was doing, and here I am wanted to do the whole 28 days. I come from the mind that a workout has to be long to be effective, but I definitely know this isn't true, especially after these workouts. Thank you so much for creating these amazing videos. They're great! 💗

    Day 3 in the books! I started with JC’s 7 day beginners challenge for a taste and have moved on to the 28 day challenge. Some of the exercises are a challenge (push ups!) but i do my best! Love that they’re only 15-20 minutes yet still effective!

    Thank you so much for these workouts. I feel the burn you make It look so easy the 3rd to last movement in this video took me out ,but able to complete day 1-3 will come back when complete with the 28 days. I love it so much so far im actually excited to workout

      Hey! Honestly, it is fantastic for toning your body all over as well as building strength and flexibility/mobility. Also a perfect alternative if you aren’t a fan of high impact exercise but still want the results! 😄

    Thank you for your great work , I have a question is it normal to gain weight during this workout?

      If you haven’t altered your caloric intake then this will cause you to gain fat if you’re consuming an excess of calories. If you’re referring to the scales changing but not noticing any visible weight gain then it’s quite possible you’ve gained a little muscle. 😊

    Hey Jenna,
    Great workouts. I'm on day 3 and really enjoying it. I hope to lose weight by the end of the 28-day challenge.
    Just a little question though, there are some exercises that I'm not able to do, like the ones where we have to lift up our body from the pelvis while keeping our legs straight. Any tips for do I get around it?

      Hey. For that particular exercise, if it’s too difficult it’s just a matter of building up the strength in your glutes, lower back and abdominals. Just really try to engage your glutes and push your pelvis forward and up at the same time.

      Are they all mixed or you do have a challenge for fat loss and toning? I am very skinny but need to tone up.

      Yes you can, but as I always say in my disclaimer it’s so important to focus on your diet. This needs to be on point too, it’s not just about exercise. Diet is the main focus and exercise of course will help with fat loss, but not if you’re eating in a calorie excess.
