43:32 Holy crap! Willow Grove's old tiller lives on! That beauty should be featured in a "Station Rigs" episode. Fascinating story behind it. If memory serves, Arlington County (VA) originally purchased just the back half--no tractor--in the mid-'90s and converted an International conventional cab (think a contemporary WorkStar/HV607) tractor to pull it, but mostly used it only as a spare/reserve rig. I don't know whether it was Arlington or Willow Grove that upgraded to the Simon-Duplex D9100 tractor, but the trailer was one of the last that the company built under their name, shortly before they sold LTI to Aerial Innovations. Ah, the good old (or odd, which those swing-out outriggers definitely were ) days.

Nice firehouse. Was loving their patch also. One of the firehouses you did a station cribs episode on, i ended up getting a shirt from. It was overlook fire company
Maybe in a couple of years, a Station Rigs on the new Tiller. It’s great to see the great working relationship between Fire and EMS. Unfortunately, I’ve seen too many bad relationships, even in departments the run the EMS. Great video and great house.
We are trying to get there. We need a sponsorship to make that trip. If you know of a station or two who are willing to house us while we film that would go a LONG way for us to schedule the trip
I visited the Chicago Fire Museum and they have an active "joker stand" which is what their bell system came into the station. While discussing it I showed one of the older guys my Active 911 app. What a difference, from a bells for an intersection in the station to an app on my phone that not only tells me the exact address plus call notes plus turn by turn directions!
Thank you so much for walk through 😊 The Chief with the knowledge from the Cement floor cleaning to the old Horse winning metal's. Such a great guy ( and he will wear shorts)😊
It would be cool if you could get into a military fire, police, and or medical area and do a station and fleet video of them... that would most likely never happen though.
@ mike for the love of god do not let them remove their engine keep it with the new quint as it will prove to be a great asset to have o nhand for any structural event, espectially since a TDA quint only carries less than 500 gallons of water you will need the engine as a second pump for when working incidents and waiting for additional units
Love the houses that strive to maintain their history. It's important to keep it alive for future generations.
It is important to retain history for any new house
Thanks for coming out and visiting. Great video tour! -Rick Rotondo
