In a level I agree but as a mom I get their point what would you do? And a gun can take days due to background check but I do agree before they moved in they got the letters and that by then should have you time.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's someone from their Inner Circle: a jealous relative or friend. This sounds like a passive aggressive beta-male, or fake-nice "mean girl", the kind of person who throws rocks & hides their hands. All they need to do is pay attention to people's eyes as they talk to them, like Tony Montana said "it's the eyes chico, they never lie"
i would of stopped reading the letters after the first one and buy 2 German shepherds and 1 boxer and multiple firearms and install new security system and new locks on all doors and windows. And install motion censored lights. You can't be scared of a letter that's ridiculous.
It sounds like the Watcher got a great deal on a house. I grew up in the hood everybody watching one another. Camera's sercurity something. I know that block got a Neighborhood watch.
People are far to skittish to get ran off by some letters. No way someone is chasing me from my home with stupid letters. I would have made a chalkboard billboard to write the stalker back and let the real mind games begin! It would start with "Dear secret admirer oh how much I enjoyed your letters we are truely kindred spirits!"
Right? Nobody will ever scare me enough to make me leave a 1.3 million dollar home. With the 400k they lost they could've easily used that to install security.
@@Thats_MarieHoney So do I, they would gladly have dinner table discussions on what to say in the billboard letter LOL. I would legit do a news interview with a fake letter with sweet and innocent stuff in it and say that was what my response was to just to further convince the writer I was serious. If that person was a threat they would be enticed to reveal themselves to me and if not they would not want to mess with me! This may seem reckless but from a psychological standpoint most of the dangerous ones don't write letters to their victims, they stalk and strike with little to no warning so the most likely outcome would be an end to the letters.
Personally, I think the Watcher was just trying to scare them out of the house. I think perhaps he or she was slightly jealous of the fact that they couldn't have the house. I believe it was a woman. I believe she's always wanted the house ever since she was a little girl, and for whatever reason, she couldn't have it and I think it sent her over the edge. And now she's just consumed by the idea of owning the house.
It's a pretty good point - like others mentioned here - that someone called himself :"the Watcher", wanted so badly that specific beautiful and wide property the Broadduses bought, but couldn't afford it - if you observe the letters, the writer's Jealousy & Possessiveness regarding the house is pretty obvious-, so he/she started to terrorize the family in order to send them violently away... But isn't it strange that when the family filed a suggestion to the town's board in order to approve the split of the property & construction of two separate new houses, unanimously all the neighbors turned it down, by expressing a resentment to anything new that would violate their home town scenery and architecture, as they have been used to it? While, on the contrary the board had accepted similar cases, as Maria the wife had declared! I mean the majority of the neighbors seems to line up with the opinions of the so called :"Watcher"! So, it hasn't come up through police's mind, that maybe the whole neighborhood was nurturing feelings of despise against that family? The reasons remain unknown:fear against anything new in town, jealousy regarding family's wealth and prosperity, simple bullying and terrorism...? Besides human's wickedness and viciousness is well known...
I'm kinda surprised at how easily they gave up. Get a security system. Get a permit to own a firearm. I be damned if a threatening anonymous letter makes me give up my dream home. I would take that as a challenge. If they got the money to buy a million dollar home, they got money for security. Side Note: I am still blown away at house prices. That house would be about $500,000 dollars in my city.
I have family that live in NJ (all around) and I never heard of any house anywhere that is even close to 1 million. What? They might as well have bought a house in NYC in certain neighborhoods.
Ive heard a few stories of anomynous people attacking new home owners from moving in.. If you can afford a home like this get good security cameras, a gun and a couple of Rottweiler dogs... Especially near your mailbox and catch the creep.. That should do it!
It's easy to sit back and say these people gave up easily. I grew up in a different but similar circumstance, a haunted house. Being terrorized at night by what ever was in the house. Years later my parents admitted experiencing the same strange things, apparently we moved because of it.
How do you know The Watcher didn't do that just to buy the house at a lower price. IDK it's all very suspicious.

In a level I agree but as a mom I get their point what would you do? And a gun can take days due to background check but I do agree before they moved in they got the letters and that by then should have you time.
set up cameras?
I’m assuming since the letters were mailed the cameras wouldn’t capture anything but the mailman!
@@balenciagalifestyle2361 - but cameras could capture someone driving or watching the property on a regular basis.
Darth M. I doubt the harasser is actually watching the house.
@@kevin6293 - they could be, but honestly, who knows. If the letters they received had details about their comings & goings, someone is watching them.
Probably some 40yr old neckbeard, living in his mother's basement with nothing better to do.
angie38 check out the neighbor, he was one of the top suspects but the DNA evidence on the letters didn’t match up
UA-cam is watching me 😂😂I just added the “The Watcher” Netflix series to my list few days before only
This guy sounds like a Scooby doo villain
F-that...now the letters have stopped BS
Couldn’t be me... this story would’ve ended with my foot in the watchers *ss 💯
Is that why your feet smell so much ?
The watcher was just trying to buy the house cheap lol
I'm thinking it was a neighbor that didn't want anyone to move in.
I’m here because of Netflix Lol
I’m here cuz of the Netflix Series
SAME
Shane & Ryan already covered this story 🤭🤫 so many conspiracies
The watcher bought the house, master plan
But then he would be caught easily
I am here after Rishipedia
Same
How sad that envy and greed by a psycho ruined this young family dream.

Watcher: Good to know
So either detectives are bad at their job or the criminal is a genius.
This has happened to multiple owners for years.
Beta male??? U really gonna perpetuate that ignorant steteotypical Bs????? 🤣🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🤣🤣🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈
I would have to examine every square inch of the house for anything questionable.
Here after the Netflix show😅😅😮😮😮
i would of stopped reading the letters after the first one and buy 2 German shepherds and 1 boxer and multiple firearms and install new security system and new locks on all doors and windows. And install motion censored lights. You can't be scared of a letter that's ridiculous.
@@IstovMusic I hope that's a rumor I wonder if the police followed the tunnel's?
It sounds like the Watcher got a great deal on a house. I grew up in the hood everybody watching one another. Camera's sercurity something. I know that block got a Neighborhood watch.
That house is beautiful. If I had the money I’d buy it at 1.1 million because obv theirs work to do on it
Does the house still get those creepy letters ? Like to know how the new owners are doing ?
"it's a pretty big shocker" - Guy who probably is the watcher lol
how come no camera on the mailbox to film the culprit?
Genius
People are far to skittish to get ran off by some letters. No way someone is chasing me from my home with stupid letters. I would have made a chalkboard billboard to write the stalker back and let the real mind games begin! It would start with "Dear secret admirer oh how much I enjoyed your letters we are truely kindred spirits!"
Right? Nobody will ever scare me enough to make me leave a 1.3 million dollar home. With the 400k they lost they could've easily used that to install security.
@@Nikki-rv3rb truth! You could add trained attack dogs/geese and security gaurd.
Well they have three kids
@@Thats_MarieHoney So do I, they would gladly have dinner table discussions on what to say in the billboard letter LOL. I would legit do a news interview with a fake letter with sweet and innocent stuff in it and say that was what my response was to just to further convince the writer I was serious. If that person was a threat they would be enticed to reveal themselves to me and if not they would not want to mess with me!
This may seem reckless but from a psychological standpoint most of the dangerous ones don't write letters to their victims, they stalk and strike with little to no warning so the most likely outcome would be an end to the letters.
ua-cam.com/video/xBoKesAQFHU/v-deo.html this video will change your mind
Personally, I think the Watcher was just trying to scare them out of the house. I think perhaps he or she was slightly jealous of the fact that they couldn't have the house. I believe it was a woman. I believe she's always wanted the house ever since she was a little girl, and for whatever reason, she couldn't have it and I think it sent her over the edge. And now she's just consumed by the idea of owning the house.
Anyone who would do that is a sick human being.
It’s to knock the house down and build another one to piss the watcher off even more 😂😂
😹
Where’s Shaggy and Scooby Doo when you need them?
Who is here after watching the watcher
"The Watcher" is probably the person that bought the house.
John Fisher, Ha! 🤣
Also, with houses that expensive, were there ZERO cameras around?
How about trashing the place? Throwing parties? College party to search the entire house. Just something very stupid to really mess with the Watcher.
Lol where do you live because that would be close to a million in atl suburbs… or more honestly
I have family that live in NJ (all around) and I never heard of any house anywhere that is even close to 1 million. What? They might as well have bought a house in NYC in certain neighborhoods.
@@TheKutie36 PA
Wouldn’t that be crazy if the person that bought it for way less was the watcher and that was their plan to get it for cheaper? 🤔
Why didn't they, or the police, installed CCTV cameras?????
I would write letter harassing them back
Was it an LLC?
Ive heard a few stories of anomynous people attacking new home owners from moving in.. If you can afford a home like this get good security cameras, a gun and a couple of Rottweiler dogs... Especially near your mailbox and catch the creep.. That should do it!
*_"Watcher" is a real estate fear🤑flipper ._*
It's easy to sit back and say these people gave up easily. I grew up in a different but similar circumstance, a haunted house. Being terrorized at night by what ever was in the house. Years later my parents admitted experiencing the same strange things, apparently we moved because of it.
Thats paranormal. This is just a guy sending letters.
@@esotericoutcast641 Hence why I said "different but similar".
Any updates???
I know the watcher watched the watcher like wtf these niggas sold my story 😂
