    According to the book "The System" Back Squats and Cleans are the 2 most important exercises for sports performance.

      LOVE that book!!! It's hilarious how Strength has been demonized in the online space. I have YET to work with an athlete who was weak AND successful. The downfall only comes when an athlete does NOT prioritize their athletic skills but that is NOT because he is strong, it is because he chose NOT to put energy into sports skill!

    I really like your old workout programs wrestling workouts that’s win and strength size and toughness.Would still recommend those for wrestlers looking to get stronger and build some muscle?

      Yea brother, we still Workouts that WIN. You can't go wrong! Many wrestlers have successfully gone through the program! It is based off what we do at The Underground so it's NOT BS theory like many online "coaches"
