Been a while, sold it actually. Needed another squat rack and had to make a choice!
Key point: build the athlete up with front squats for 2-4 weeks, “it takes time.” This is so clutch b/c many of the UA-cam videos honestly show coaches teaching athletes in 5-10 minutes. This will frustrate the copycat coach and athlete.
Is power clean beneficial for bodybuilding/muscle building
Absolutely!!! Before I knew this technique, I did a muscle clean and it blew up my traps / upper back!

Challenge yourself as a coach and skip the power clean. Teach them Squat clean. No need for power clean if the trainee cant Squat&clean 100kg.
Most powerfull athletes come from Olympic weightlifting not from powerlifting.
If you have time to teach power clean then you have time for squat&clean. It is just a matter teaching skills.
We do the squat clean in a warm up and sometimes do the squat clean during training. We do the hang power clean more often, though
