    Whenever you add footage of your lifters you're back there jumping around like a crazy man when your lifter makes the lift. That's awesome.

      I was about to say that. It's very fortunate to have a coach so enthusiastic about their athlete's performance.

    Phenomenal. So much knowledge. I feel like I'm standing In front of a fire hydrant, trying to take a sip through a straw and just getting bowled over by the massive jet of knowledge slamming Into me. Just incredible. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, Coach.

    See I don’t know whether to be pissed off at myself right now or happy 😂 Cause it was such a easy fix
    The pull video legitimately changed everything for the better and I can finally do a full clean. Gonna keep practicing and wouldn’t be surprised if I hit a big pr soon cause this has everything feeling so smooth now. Thanks you

      So far I’m back up to 255 in the hang power clean. Can hit 245 whenever basically. Grip just can’t handle 265 and I load into my quads wayyy too much.

    I’m confused how to learn the clean now, coaches say elbows up and arms close the body but here elbows can go back

  • @marcus_ohreallyus
    @marcus_ohreallyus Рік тому

    My favorite cue is to keep my elbows turned in until I have to flip them up for the front rack.

    the idea that the arms do nothing is ridiculous when they're critical in guiding upward acceleration of the bar after applying lower body drive

    it's a delusion. so doing clean with this athlete is a mistake. there is more if he is not an Asian with a long torso and short legs. The laws of biomechanics are always of prime importance. the ratio of the length of the force application levers is always more important.
