    Thanks for sharing, iam in Uganda and normally we have maize four which we miggle and eat as posho or porridge, but ive never tried using it for baking as it doesn't work, all along i wondered what cornflour is, thanks

      Yes! but for commercial purposes, mechanized maize flour mill plants are normally used.

      Yes you can but you have to pair it with cassava flour. Mix this in cold water, cook while stirring until it starts boiling then start adding cassava flour and stirring.     I really do not see the purpose of soaking it.if the corn is clean it can just be blended !

      Yes but he corn can just be blended without soaking. However, soaking loosens and softens the corn for easy cooking

    You missed a last step, you didn't sieve the flour before bagging it, plus it would of included you having to sieve the flour & returning what remains in the sieve back into the grinder a few times for further processing.

    😂Why have you used the corn kernel (totally edible and digestible in itself) rather than using the extracted corn cob to make your starch flour? Seems like a waste of corn to me.
