Did NOT disappoint. I have been looking forward to a conversation between these 2 thinking men, Gaz and Simon. Been considerably under the weather. Just recovering and so, JUST watched this. I wanted to be totally absolved in the conversation. I gleaned quite some. Thanks Gaz and Simon.
Great Podcast, thanks for sharing Gaz. Jeffers is always so easy to listen to and there is a lot on this one that aligns with the principles of Zanshin and elements of Kaizen as well as much, much more. Thanks again.
In short, no. I was in training with a 28/29 year old and who completed 22 years of service. Guish was one of the strongest and best guys in the troop. I was 18 and didn't know my arse from my elbow. It's not without certain challenges though. Feel free to grab a free chat through the website to discuss.

Thank you! Equally, Simon is really easy to talk to. We had a good day of it - more to come for sure.
@@DuratusUK yeah, we have worked together, briefly, in the past with 'Break-Point', both Jeffers and JP, great guys.
That’s unbelievable how powerful the word feed back means to recruits if they don’t receive it, it could unbalance their goal to achieve.
Humans love certainty. Feedback is one way we learn to get that certainty.
Another fantastic podcast Gaz. Thanks for the share Simon, really appreciated! Top takeaways.
Thanks Kev, we really appreciate the feedback. Thank you for the comment.
Some great stuff in there as always. Liked the bit about how we see life through our own story. So true.
Thanks Ian. We do often make 'our map fit the ground' rather than seeing things as they actually are.
A great podcast, covers a lot for getting out of a rut .
Great podcast guys. Gaz, I'm 28, do you reckon I'm too old to join the marines?
