I think you made this 1 about 9 months ago but it popped up on my videos so I went ahead and did this 1. How my hands were hurt. This 1 was tough for me. I had to reduce reduce some of the weight as it got towards the end. I can tell I have not worked out my arms in awhile. Good workout. Thanks again as always Vera! Love your workouts.
TOTAL GEM! OMG! SUCH A GREAT WORKOUT. I did Summer Strong this morning, worked 10 hours and needed to clear my mind so I added in this one. WOW! So fun!
No way I could use 18lb weights but I used a variety of 15, 10 and 8lbs to keep good form without having to stop! Love how pretty much all of these engaged the core too. Thank you!
Hi Coach Vera! Is this also for men? I did this with my auntie but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but could not even finish superset 2 when my arms completely gave up. 😟 My auntie did the entire lesson using 12 lbs and 20 lbs dumbbells! I feel really low and defeated.
