That was a chill video mate, your banter is a good laugh. Thanks for the tip about getting the chain tension evened out by loosening the sprocket bolt and massaging the chain gently to center it better. Works like a charm. 💎👌❤️

Cut a tire lever in half and tap it in there with no bolts, i filed mine down 45° at the split.

Dang youre running two bottom tank cups? lol i actually did the exact opposite back in the day, ran two top cups because they were more than strong enough for me. that was the setup of choice until the Solid headset came out.

Can you make a video on shaving the dropouts? Tools etc? Tried with a dremel but the bits did nothing to my frame, maybe it's not possible to do it on a modern bmx frame?

Thanks for the suggestion, if I can find a frame to demo the process on I will do that. In the meantime if you don't need to take any more than a 1/4" off the dropout slot the secret sauce is to use a 9/16" Tungsten Carbide Die Grinder bit, get one with a 1/4" shank and slap that bad boy into a drill and have at it. The 9/16" diameter bit is the same size that most 14mm dropouts are cut to. Trace out the area you want to grind with a sharpie and stay within the lines so you know its a straight cut and even on both sides and that's about it. The less force you put against the bit the better. It will take longer to get the cut but if you push too hard on the bit it will want to climb and the cut wont be straight. If you need to take off more than 1/4" best way is to use an angle grinder with a cutting disc to make multiple straight cuts then use the die grinder bit to clean up the notches that will be left to get a nice clean rounded slot. Hope that made sense.

@@MaxxOverdrive That's great thanks for the reply! Do you think it may be possible for the dropout to crack if the slot is way bigger than the factory one? No integrated chain tensioner frames, i think for those that would be a problem for sure.
