      Sounds like he meant to hit him but I haven't been following this case and this is actually the first I've heard of it. But on a side topic, I was reading the chiron at the bottom of the screen and noticed it said, "Jewish communities everywhere reacted with horror at last year's Oct. 7th attack by Hamas on Israel". I don't know who came up with that line but communities of all kinds of people everywhere reacted with horror after learning of the unprovoked, barbaric attack against innocence men, women, and children in Israel. Everyone except radical Left liberals on college campuses I suppose who seemed to celebrate the carnage. I can't believe I ever considered myself a liberal. The Democrat party has become malevolent and mentally deranged, largely. Or maybe they were always that way and I just couldn't see it. They were the party of slavery, the KKK, Jim Crowe, and segregation after all and now they're still all about racism, the mass murder of unborn babies, censorship, 'elite' authoritarianism, gender derangement, mass depopulation, and all many of perversion and sadism. I am deeply troubled by the number of good people who I care about who are still members of the demonic cult that is the Democrat Party. The indoctrination, propaganda, conditioning/programming, and brainwashing is very difficult to see through and get free from and it breaks my heart. But I digress. Sorry for the rant. Didn't plan on saying all this but hopefully at least one person will read this message and it'll shake them out of their trance long enough to see the deception being deployed by the Democrat apparatus via their tentacles in the mainstream media, big tech, Hollywood, and academia. God bless.

      I would like to watch the entire cross-examination without interruptions because when they break the feed to discuss their thoughts and cut back to the live feed, they don't start from where they cut away, they continue with the live cross-examination and we miss whatever was said during the time it was cut away from. I can't find the cross-examination anywhere else which is extremely frustrating. Why don't they just play the full cross-examination without cutting away and then do their analysis later during a break or after court is adjourned for the day? It's great to here experts discuss what they're hearing in court but not at the expense of missing substantial portions of testimony. Seems odd. Why do you guys do it that way?

In both cases, their pick-ups' onboard computer/GPS gave law enforcement/prosecutors exact details regarding times, speeds, acceleration, routes/location, stops, door openings, brakeing, etc. This data is invaluable during interrogations because investigators already know all of that and can frame questions to quickly determine if the suspect is lying about their movements before, during and after the crime! Conversely, such info can help exonerate a suspect as well.

If you were "in fear for your life"...why didn't you have this "meeting" at 12:00 noon at a busy restaurant, crowded with customers and close to the Police Department? It makes me think that very angry words we haven't heard in this trial were exchanged by these two men during those phone calls. Davis's shirt off and his wallet left in his car also speak to that *Davis was indeed expecting a physical confrontation* so he must also have been welcoming one, being as how he agreed, and did go to meet him. I recall from earlier testimony that Ackerman had given him an out at least once by saying that he changed his mind about the meet. He should have taken it.

      @iriewaregl 2 місяці тому +4

      Bingo -- I think you hit the nail on the head thinking his original plan was to lure the victim to his house, shoot him and then claim self defense. However, when his jealousy fueled Plan A didnt work out, he drove around in an intoxicated state and came up with Plan B. HOWEVER, after hitting the victim (and realizing he was dead or dying), he suddenly realized that even if the cops believed it wasn't intentional, he would still get charged with vehicular manslaugher for being intoxicated -- an open and shut case resulting in 5-10 years. So, he bailed and didnt call 911 knowing it would be recorded and place him at the scene. Plus, he probably imagined no one saw what happened. So, he thought he could quickly repair the damage to his truck and be free and clear. What he didn't realize was his pick-ups' computer/GPS; phone (and others); and, CCTV/ring cams would seal his fate. He is guilty as hell personified by not calling 911. Anyway, excellent observation!
