She was going to put a stop to that as of July 2. 10. She did not want to have a funeral for Gary - a man that she had been married to for 38 years. 11. What a lovely person with amazing mental acuity at 84! She was very brave to come forward. It must have been very difficult for her to speak a truth, even though it might hurt someone she loves.
The defense attorney didn’t do his client any favor with the jury. He sounds like he is in total panic over this witness. The judge should have intervened more.
