The defense lawyer was terrible. I can’t imagine one juror relating to anything he said or how he said it. He didn’t object enough while the state just hammered him about things that could have been objected to - even if just for the record! Was he sleeping ? His voice sounds like he has a bad cold and is half asleep and when he put him on the stand (hammering the nails into his coffin) he seemed like he didn’t even know his client or the answers to what he was asking. It was a terrible direct. Two hours of excruciating useless details about where he’s worked since he was 12 years old but no mention of the texts talking about the victim!

You don't have to go over all the evidence. First thing to do is take a vote. If it's unanimous, you have a verdict.
The whole trial was them going over the evidence. They only go over it again if everyone is not in agreement with the verdict after the initial vote.

The defense lawyer was terrible. I can’t imagine one juror relating to anything he said or how he said it. He didn’t object enough while the state just hammered him about things that could have been objected to - even if just for the record!
Was he sleeping ? His voice sounds like he has a bad cold and is half asleep and when he put him on the stand (hammering the nails into his coffin) he seemed like he didn’t even know his client or the answers to what he was asking. It was a terrible direct. Two hours of excruciating useless details about where he’s worked since he was 12 years old but no mention of the texts talking about the victim!

Agree with you all is just about money maker it's almost like a soccer ⚽ match . I will no longer watch this stuff anyway it's always about a show even the arguments and verdict I doubt that all is about justice for the victim . I am not defending the convict just the show around is not ethical .

What is with these lawyers and their feigning a shaky voice when talking about Davis passing away or the defense lawyer yelling when talking about how you’d feel if someone you knew your whole life was with your spouse? I believe that the prosecutor does believes it’s sad, but it’s such a weird fake voice.

The wife is not much better. Her smiling as she testified and she thought it was a good idea for them to meet?? She was the worst thing that ever happened to that poor man. Would have been nice for the family to see some tears while she testified. She was smiling away at all the attention
