  • The Kettlebell Romanian Deadlift is the motion of picking up a kettlebell from the ground to the standing position, locking at the hips and knees. In the KB RDL, the main muscle groups that are used are the upper back, hamstrings and glutes. Like the BB RDL, this is a great exercise to bias the hamstrings over the quads.
