Gosh I really hate to see negative comments and I don't see a single one. That's why it is hard to enter this one. I am freaked out about that glass wall and the ping pong table. Our fam is VERY competitive and many of us DIVE for a save/return. Safety perspective is often not the first thing on your mind the save is! That would be quite a swan dive for the save. BE SAFE HOMEOWNER.
I don't see it as negative. More of a safety comment for those competitive ping pong player who might dive for a ball. There are a few pickleball players who dive.
@@barndominiumfloorplans5244 Ooo weee, I would love to play you then! I would run the table and scoreboard for sure. Volley ball is this girls jam, and dude, I dive and roll to quickly get back on my feet. Name the date and place...gonna smoke you for sure! 😉🤣 🏐🏓But you get the glass side ok?
This is a layout I haven't seen before, but I love it. I intend on building in northern Nevada and it's an undeveloped area with high winds. I want to be able to have an enclosed sun room area for a pool and the covered patio would be very suitable to adapt for those needs.
Probably around 250 or more per square foot finished out. 750k build without the pool and landscaping. Especially for the time this was built. That's a conservative estimate.
@@matthewr2361 are you the owner or builder? Or just guessing? Not trying to be flip about your answer.. but I would like it to be from a reliable source as we are looking to do the same thing and have investigated Fiercely trying to find the right one
Floorplan at about 7:30 (first floor only). Would be tempted to sor ot flip pantry and 1/2 bath so that if you need to you can come in off the laundry and go to the bath that way. If you get dirty outside or come home from shopping sometimes cutting those distances helps. Prefer walk in closets.the one bedroom's closet is poorly designed...
The home owner built this home. They operate in the commercial building space and were able to use their contractors for much of it. That is one reason the home was built with metal studs. And at the time the metal studs might have been cheaper than wood. I will ask if they would build a home for someone else.
Can you please tell me where you got the doors for the patio. The full glass doors for the living room that connect to the patio? Is there a link and how much were they.
That depends on a lot of things. When you build (material prices vary a lot, for example during the pandemic). Where you build influences the prices a lot as well. What you select for finishes also can drastically influence the prices. Consider it similar to pricing for a custom home in your area. All of these are really custom homes unless you find a builder who is already building them. We have more on pricing at: barndominiumfloorplans.com/faq/ And we have a simple cost calculator and a list many of the possible costs for those looking to DIY their home here: barndominiumfloorplans.com/barndominium-cost/
The barndominiums are running about 60 to 150 a square foot so it depends how big you go and your finishing( counter tops, floors, trim). I saw one that someone did most of the work himself it only cost him about $40. Like I said though he has the cement poured, shell and room done by a company and did everything else himself.
WHO IS THE BUILDER??? AND HOW MUCH EXACTLY AS SEEN? This is not the first video of this PARTICULAR Bardominium I have seen. Please connect me with the builder… I have 2 acres in Central Florida I would like to build the exact model….WHO IS THE BUILDER AND HOW MUCH… ALL YOU ARE DOING IS resurfacing the ORIGINAL Video which you and others have STOLEN! Thats why you don’t have a price or contact info for builder. Would appreciate direct contact info PLEASE 😊
What was the overall cost of this build and what year was it done.
Very nices house this is my dream house like the open. Floor plan like this it look huge room thank you for sharing.

@@davidparker2011 do you build in Califorina
Do you have a video that shows the actual flow from entrance to the rear? There seems to be some gaps in what you've shown here.
I've watched this video so many times. Using this for inspiration for Florida build. What is the eve height and roof pitch on main house?
Ok, Everyone wants to know HOW MUCH? It says Show and Tell… Please TELL PRICE!

What type or brand of flooring is used in this video?
You just sell the floor plans right? Not the kits?
Beautiful home!
I wanted to see the garage. is it tall enough to have a couple car lifts inside, so if i wanted i could park 4 cars, 2 on top on bottom...?
Are the plans for sale?
Can we see an actual video of this build?
I would do this in a heartbeat. They're
in Virginia. Would
they sell to us?
How about an install
team?
Where in Texas was this built? Would like information about the builder and if they operate in Central Texas.

How much did this build cost at the time?
I would like to know if this is built somewhere, that I could go and walk through.
These are actual photos of the home which was built in Texas. It is a private residence so a walk through isn't an option.

I love the over all design of this home but the dining room table looks really silly right behind the couch I don’t like that at all.

This guy shows you a picture and tells you about what’s not in the picture.
