Yes, it’s very nice if you want to buy the blueprints but if you buy the kit he pretty much just get the metal that’s it. I would post the windows or the interior which they make it seem like it all comes together in the video it’s false advertisement very disappointing way to get somebody’s hopes up, especially in this day and age with houses are agreed usually over priced.

Yea. Watched a guy build his on youtube. It Still cost him $250k. Its was about 3500 sqft and didn’t include the cost of the land.
They run 400,000 - 800,000 with parts and labor

How about being honest with us and just say these prices are for the kit/blueprint only. I know the cost of permits/labor/assembly vary, but it would be nice to let viewers know what you're truly selling here and that they'll still need to consult someone to build and permit the product!

They are selling a kit with blueprints it's up to you to do the rest.
Basically, it's a little more over than double 2X's what the price is.

Perfect time to use the line, "It is too good to be true." or ask, "What's the catch?" Another common phrase you might hear if you fall for this scam. "Did you grow up in a Barn?" Ironically, the American Dream of today is to own one of these barns. 😂
Bait and sale.
There are Barndows out there reasonably priced that they include windows and doors installed, not kits but they do not include foundation, plumbing, electrical or interior.
Can you please share the information. I would like to find a company that provides this. Thank you.

It’s not false advertising, everyone knows they come shelled and we pay for the foundation, the design inside, electrical and plumbing is all on us. It’s called an investment. An idea. Hell ya if I could buy land for about $5k, $20k for foundation and septic and plumbing. The barndow $30 to $50k and then about another $20 to $30k on the inside. I’m paying for a brand new home and on my own land. For as little as $110k. What am I missing?

Yes, it might be cheaper getting a modular/prefab home outside the city. Of course there are other expenses too.

I am always looking for 1500 to 1600 square foot home but they never seem to make one in a barndo
I agree. It’s just me and hubby. We don’t need gobs of space or stairs to climb. And I know there are other people besides us that need the same things. Why do people only have 2500-4000 square foot home plans anymore?!

Yeah no. Maybe back in the 80s /90s you could build a complete one at these prices. But not now. Isn't this just for the plans and materials?

Not a bad idea @suzannakoizumi8605. Yes you do need a contractor, other costs should be factored in too. For example sewage, water and permits etc
