  • CARNIVORE DIET: How I lost 35 lbs. and 6 pant sizes in 4 months eating hamburgers and animal products.
    There have been a lot of questions about my weight loss and health. I have been focusing on my health and the most important part is my diet. The carnivore diet has reduced my weight by 35lbs, My blood pressure was high and sugar levels were pre-diabetic and both are now low normal. (Doctor said high blood pressure and high sugar levels were normal at my age?? I said no its not. You can literally reverse high blood pressure and dramatically improve diabetes by removing sugar and carbohydrates from your diet. There are so many health benefits to the carnivore diet that I cannot even begin the address them in this paragraph. The hardest part to this new lifestyle is eating nothing but animal products with no good recipes. Removing sugar is also a very tough thing to do. Everyone is addicted to sugar and carbohydrates and will fight tooth and nail to keep them in the diet claiming they need them for the nutrients and energy. I am past that and want to help. I have spent months developing recipes and ways to eat meat and other animal products in a way that I enjoy and look forward to. This has changed my life. Here is one of my favorites. The Smash Burger.

    THANKS to everyone that is subscribing to my new channel ( www.youtube.com/@Jeremydoeseverything ) and for all of the support with my Carnivore diet. I really appreciate it. I have always had ideas that I wanted to film and post but were not a great fit for this channel so the new channel is where that stuff will live. I have some great future content planned for both channels. Thanks Again

      That is great to hear Ivan. Thanks for sharing. I agree and feel great too. I had a few health issues that sent me down this road and am happy to report the BP and sugar levels are low normal now. and I feel great. Any other diet or exercise plan I tried just did not really work. Now that I have a reliable answer to the problems I don't even think about eating bad anymore.

      Ivan look up, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Chafee and Dr. Shawn Baker they will give you the ins and outs of this carnivore diet and how healthier it is than eating fruits and vegetables and salads. I’ve been doing it for four months. I’ve lost 25 pounds. I’m happy where I’m at at 2:05 I don’t wanna lose more but man I’ve lost a lot of inches and I feel better than I felt in a long time and I’m 66.

      Its more about not eating sugar, carbohydrates and processed foods that brings it down. When you stop eating those you are only left with eating meat.

    I’ve been watching your Detailing side and I’m starting to do it just as a side fun thing with Golf Carts my area. I like the way you were explaining the Bissell versus the rigid but then I subscribe and I saw that that you’re on the carnivore diet. I’ve been on it four months I’ve lost 30 pounds I’m 66 years old. I started at 2:30. I’m down to 205. I’m not strict but I’m really close, I’ll have broccoli and cauliflower every once in a while with a bunch of butter but other than that it’s all meat. I’m glad it came across your channel. It does make a difference. My blood work has been great. I’m glad it ran into your channel and your carnivore.

I find after a few days of eating a lot of meals and I can go a whole day without being hungry. After the sugar cravings are gone your body is good at knowing when to eat. With keto and Metformin A1C went to 5.9. About 196lbs down to 158. Last blood test was a1c of 5.7. Didn't like 158. I'm about 170 now.

    Can I just ask. I am assuming your body transformation was not solely done by this diet? There must be some form of exercise you are doing. Is so that might be worthwhile mentioning in the video. If not then I’m driving to my butcher right now.

    • @HawaiiDetailing
      @HawaiiDetailing  5 місяців тому +1

      Yes there is an exercise component. I am going to go deep into all this on my new channel. I have always exercised but with the right diet the results are fast and super easy to get. On a standard sugar diet its hard to get anywhere. Not my words but good ones: You will never outrun a bad diet. This Carnivore diet is more about what you eliminate from your diet then anything else. After you eliminate anything with sugar or carbs there seems to only be animal products left. Eliminating sugar and carbs and eating a lot of protein is the answer. Thanks for watching.

    This works because people think fat in food gets us fat. NOPE. Its carbs. Doesnt matter the carb all turn into exact same thing. Glucose or blood sugar. Insulin must get released the fast storing hormone. One Carnivire u are not using sugar as energy. You dont feel awful ever. Cholstetol is genetic. If your parents had u will. Its 15-25% of your food you eat. Guarantee blood work will improve. No man should be on high blood pressure medication with a wife who needs a working penis. Trust me this doet plus testosterone from Dr is amazing. Dr will probably not like the diet but Drs dont like alot things that are good for your body if they dont prescribe. This diet alone will raise your testosterone for guys who really need it.

      Thank you. I appreciate the support. Salt and sugar together is bad. Both retain water. Sugar turns to fat or gets burned as energy leaving the water in your cells. Salt gets passed from your in waste or sweat and both take the water with it. After the sugar was removed from my diet I eat as much salt as I want with no issues. BP is stable @ 120/80 +/- a few here and there.

    I've not looked into this diet. The first thing my mind is drawn to is the lack of vegetables, I don't mean anything like pasta or anything processed. Red meat is known for carcinogens if you eat too much then recommended. Carbs and sugar is in pretty much everything and I want avoid that too. I think a high protein combined with a Mediterranean diet would give you the same results with more high-quality vitamins and minerals for all of your brain and bodily needs. I would probably substitute red meat for low in Mercury fish (anything with a sword for a nose generally has a very high Mercury content). Right, off to do some googling...

    • @Dave.68
      @Dave.68 5 місяців тому

      There are no studies showing red meat causing cancer. Not one. It's been a narrative by the medical community for yrs with no evidence. Carnivore and ketovoire is the proper human diet.

    • @HawaiiDetailing
      @HawaiiDetailing  5 місяців тому +3

      Thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts. Like anything do your research to make sure a carnivore diet is right for you. I have not ate a vegetable in 5 months. No supplements. Blood work is normal in all areas. Total Cholesterol is a little high but Triglycerides are low and HDL is normal. The high Cholesterol topic is a whole other video and discussion. I am not a doctor but I would suggest that when on any type of diet blood work is a must have and any deficiency should be addressed. I prefer eating the right foods to fix deficiencies and that is where adding other things might make sense. A temporary supplement may make also sense but I would want that to end as soon as possible by adjusting my diet. I don't supplement without those test results or some sort of symptoms. A carnivore diet has not created any deficiency with me or any other person I have seen on it. I feel great too. I have tried a Mediterranean diet and it did not work well for me. Blood pressure stayed high and weight loss was minimal. I was working hard for no real results. I realized for me personally it was a carb and sugar sensitivity. After I fully removed all carbs and sugar, results started happening with little to no effort. The hardest part was the lack of variety with food. I have a bunch of good dishes figured out now so thats no longer an issue. This is a very interesting situation. That is part of the reason why I wanted to make a new channel so I could talk about this & more without upsetting the normal viewers of my channel.

    • @79blustone
      @79blustone 5 місяців тому

      @@HawaiiDetailing By monitoring your blood work it has worked out very well. I think people from different cultures/ countries and even regional foods people tolerances and intolerances show what's best for you on an individual basis. Throughout generations of families have eaten specific food types and until the age of lifting your phone and phoning for Thai food things have changed and maybe a part of why some have food intolerances. It's all very interesting and I'm interested in how you and the new channel works 💪
