The impact I've seen is that I am taking things more at my own pace, being more organised, less distracted by unnecessary things. It has developed over time - at the beginning of my minimalist journey I was so caught up in having the perfect amount of clothes and "minimalist wardrobe" that it caused me more stress than I had before! But now I focus on the important things, and do things I want to actually invest my time in. Thanks for another great video from you :)
Thanks to you I’ve decided to stop being a victim 😩 and take life by the horns 🐐. I started my UA-cam channel ▶️and in it I’m gonna share my journey of how I overcame a victim mindset and became a Content creator 🎞 , Software developer 👨🏿💻 and forex trader 📈
Loving the box analogy buddy! Making room for what life throws at you that’s unexpected. If you don’t have room for it, you can’t put it in the box. And it could be miles better than the rubbish you have taking up space rent-free in that box. Genius! 👍
Im taking a deep second look at your intentional living content. Even though I don’t own that much stuff, which does make laundry and moving easier, because several years ago I seriously took conscious minimalist steps and continue to be very intensional with my purchases. Yet, I’ve never embraced anything beyond physical minimalism: digital minimalism, and specifically keeping too much on my calendar and on my mind. Prioritizing meaningfully and consistency with my implementing my intentions have always been struggles for me. So right now, I’m thankful that my awareness of the field of minimalism has made me aware that there is a different way to build my life. Intentionally.
I feel as if Minimalism, like life in general, has up and down moments. I'm not going to be productive 100% of the time, and occasionally, I might slip up on my health habits. Other times I may just feel lazy and end up using social media too much. We shouldn't expect ourselves to be perfect, and that's something that I've been working on and trying to embrace in recent weeks. Thamks for sharing this video, Anthony! 😄
Minimalism involves less clutter and only keeping what you love and use regularly. It certainly changed many inner feelings for me. Surely made my life better and changed my way of thinking.
Sir i want to ask you that how you have inspired to think about the topic of minimalism, i mean how this idea came into your mind and what thing caught your attention for this topic and what minimalism means to you?
Excellent summation. Also, side question/video request: how's it been going with the new exercise bike? I've been wanting a similar piece of equipment but am struggling to determine if it's something I should actually invest in. Any additional insight into those kinds of decision-making processes would be helpful!
We love the bike, I’ll definitely do a video about it. The totally understand the hesitation, especially with there being the stigma of at-home bikes + treadmills becoming clothes hangers. I think it has a lot to do with usage strategies (playing games, chess, etc while biking to get the momentum going)

Bro. Anthony: Your quote at minute 9:00 is a gut punch. I'd love to hear you expound upon this. Attaboy.
Ohhh, this was exactly the pep talk I needed right now, I'm about to cry! Thank you!
“Consistency without margin is nearly impossible.” I love it.

I love the way you explain the changes in your life and I'm sure it helps a lot of people out there to take one step further to minimalism.
