I just want to say... I've been training for years and could still never do more than 1 or 2 push-ups on my toes. After a year of training with you, I can now do 8 push-ups on my toes (and triceps too, which I always found more difficult)! thank you! I"ve been a runner for about 50 years and intense yoga 3x a week, but now have a bad injury that has me on crutches. I was so stiff after a couple of days of hobbling and this was tremendously helpful. At the outset of class I couldn't even sit cross legged as my hips were too tight but at the closing of the session, sitting like this was totally comfortable. Grateful!

This is the first workout by you that I have managed to actually do whole, like all of the exercises, all of the reps, no skipping, and it's all thanks to you :) I feel so strong and good and proud! I am new to Pilates, but have loved following your classes for over a year now. They have helped me gain so much more strength and confidence. Thank you!! I have always done high-intensity workouts and have never liked low-impact/ yoga exercises before. I get so tired after these heavy workouts and would always feel bad of doing it again the next day. But yesterday I tried doing one of the beginner workouts for pilates since I want to take "little stretch" in the morning that doesn't wear me out. I think your videos are really helpful Nicole.
