      Hey,
      To lose weight use an online calculator and calculate ur BMR and TDEE..
      Now set a calories that's 200-300 cal below ur TDEE.. Use an online app to track the food you are eating and keep the calories in range .. Eat lots of veggies, proteins and balanced carbs n fats .. Included some form of physical activity alongside that help :)
