Harry is a contradiction and embarrassment to all that his grandmother stood for. He & the grifter need to scuttle off now.

It is so offensive that yet again they are abusing their Royal titles
This should all have been fixed when they left or were told to leave. The Royals have stayed quiet & done nothing to stop the Harkles When is the King going to do something to protect the Firm where he’s the CEO? One year in his job and hasn’t dealt with this issue at all. Why? How much more is the King going to allow them to do. Stress is affecting the royal family; act now your majesty.

I have refrained from saying this up until now as I really wasn’t that interested or concerned with the vulgar and desperate behaviour from Harry and his unsuitable wife. Now though, yes, it is high time that action is taken. The Palace needs to act. They are a liability. Not a threat, I wouldn’t give them that much power, but they are not what our RF need to be dealing with now. And neither do we, the public, want to see any more of this grandstanding from two people who have nothing to offer and contribute even less.
You've obviously not read 'Endgame' by Scobie because if you had, you would realize that very few of the Gen-Z generation actually believe that they have any connection with the Royal Family. William and Kate are in their forties and Gen-Y and although they try to be trendy had a very poor reception when they appeared on Radio 1. They have nothing in common with the young. In the meanwhile, the young are judging them by what the RF does and bullying the Sussexes to leave the UK, then preventing them from earning anything commercial forced them to sell the one thing they did have - information on the Royal Family.
Gen-Z do see the Sussexes as their generation because they married in 2018 and now have two young children and whilst there is not much of a gap between the ages of the Cambridges and the Sussexes, Meghan has an advantage through her racial background and her career. Her high profile status was why she was lauded by the press when they married and also why lies were spread about her to bully her from the UK.
Taking away their titles would make no difference to Harry and Meghan but it would to the Royal Family. Harry would still be a Prince by birth even if he no longer had the title. As Harry said in interviews, "What difference would it make?" If you remove Harry from the line of succession, you merely move the Duke of York closer to it instead!
It would make a difference in that it would seen as spiteful by the RF. It was bad enough that King Charles was advised early on in his reign to ask for the keys to Frogmore to be returned. Not only did Harry and Meghan no longer have a family home with security when they returned to the UK on visits, but it broke the wedding gift that the Queen made in the hope that the couple would return to the fold in the future as they were still "Very much part of the family". The younger generation saw this for what it was - revenge on his son for the Netflix documentary and then the book. Neither of those would have been necessary if the RF had allowed them to earn their crust from commercial ventures as many other Dukes have as directors of companies. The RF wanted them to become penniless so they would be forced to return to the UK on bended knee. Only that has not happened and now they are financially independent.
As for their commercial operations, you might ask why Prince Charles was allowed to start 'Duchy Originals' (trading on his Duke of Cornwall name) back in 1990 if it was not allowed to trade on your title? After all, that company has been making a massive profit. They made profits of £20.4m in 2020, £3.6m in 2021, and £23m in 2022. The Royal Family did not want Harry and Meghan to do the same. The laugh is that the Royal Courtiers jokingly suggested that they should "Do a Kardashian" and start their own line of fancy goods. They took this in and tried, only for the Queen to shut it down.
If the RF continues to attack H&M, then they will break any ties with younger generations. If William comes to the throne in this decade, then I fully expect him to remove his brother's titles out of spite, but it will in return show that the Royal Family is out of touch and should be replaced by an elected head of state.

People in the US loved the late Queen. But they aren’t going to feel the same about Charles once this gets more publicity. We like our free speech- our first Ammendment

Someone explained somewhere that if the titles were removed, Harry still has the title of Prince (for being the King's son), and the wife would be titled Princess Henry. The man and the wife are despicable, with or without the titles.

As a former copywriter and marketing professional, my guess here would be there's really nothing else for them to leverage in terms of positioning Ham and Meggs as successful and esteemed. All of their other business activities (Spotify, Netflix, Megg's clothing line, etc) have failed, so they cannot point to market successes to foster confidence and support in their ambitions. Their professional brand is in the gutter, so they have to leverage the royal name because it is in no way performance related (although they have done their level best to ruin that too).
On a personal level, the fact they have been told before not to do this, and the despicable timing of it, I find it hard to think of two people more deserving of absolute failure.
Our queen’s no longer with us to witness these grifting events fortunately.
She would have put a stop to it, she didn't stand for nonsense.

I´m quite surprised that nobody ever points at that royal titles are for Working Royals who are contributing to and working for the firm. As such, H and M should have been stripped from theirs. The second point of mine is, their actions are highly treasonous. I can´t for my life understand how they are beneficial at all
HRH is for working royals and this has been put into abeyance and removed from the RF website. The ducal and other titles are not kept by merit, once bestowed they are kept until death, unless Parliament acts to remove them for a specific reason.

And it bugs me that these two useless people keep referring to themselves as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Sussex is a beautiful place. But the brand Sussex (as an area) is now way too associated with these useless people who indeed , obviously, do not in any way represent Sussex. In all probability, Megan couldn’t point out Sussex on a map if it could save her life.

When the Queen told Meghan and Harry that they cannot use "Royal' to make money, is it only the word 'Royal' or anything to do with the Monarchy or Royal family that operates as a business of their own, but paid by taxpayers? Working in any government organization, we cannot make money off of the organization as it would be a conflict of interest. That includes not accepting any gifts or granting contracts to businesses that can benefit the employee. So even though Meghan and Harry did not use the word 'Royal' in their website, they are using their titles and crest for commercial gain. I would think the tax payers should have a lot to say about that as that is a direct violation of policy.
I too worked for the government for 30 years. As as employee, we were not allow to accept any gifts or favors. I can only image being a royal family member how strict that would be.

Nobody in the constitutional monarchies as for example, those in European monarchies, are allowed to use their titles for personal gain.
If they do, they would lose their titles!

However, you can address yourself with your title in your work. Non-working royals must work to earn money. Only working Royals get allowance. The non-working Royals have jobs, for example, Princess Beatrice, who's always addressed with her title but has a full-time job!
But her job isn't connected to anything royal.
Meghan has also been screaming about Sarah, Duchess of York (Not THE Duchess of York any longer). After the divorce from Andrew, she lost her style, HRH, and the "THE" in her title.
Sarah is a talented author, she writes children books and historical romantic dramas. She doesn't write anything about the Royals, the Monarchy, or even people she knows.
But she has her name and title on the books, it's her name and title, she can use it.
But she can't exploit it.
If she started to write books about the Royals or even mentioned much about the Royals in an interview, she would lose her title. Or be forbidden to use it!
What Harry and Meghan are doing is completely against Royal law and illegal.
In another European Monarchy as for example Sweden or Denmark they would have been stripped of all titles after the Oprah interview, probably within 36 hours.
An extra meeting with the government, the state minister, and the Monarch and the titles would have been gone!
Denmark and Sweden are older monarchies than Britain, same traditions, and Royal laws!
They're Christian monarchies!
But nobody in the Scandinavian monarchies could have behaved as H&M!
The taxpayers don't maintain the Royal Family; we just pay for their Security costs, less than two pounds per year per taxpayer, and obviously, we're not all taxpayers.
The allowances for working Royals come from the profits of the Crown Estates, which is paid to the Treasury, and the remaining two thirds is used by Treasury.
@barbaramcmillan3835 That is not correct. The monies you speak of are for the Sovereign Grant (Google it), the monies received by the Monarch for daily living expenses. Security is treated separately, still paid for by taxpayers, mainly out of the Home Office budget, but also split across several other budgets too. Similarly, overseas travel comes mainly from the Foreign and Commonwealth budget, but not all. Some come out of other budgets. All budgets paid for by taxpayers. However, RF finances are not clear and transparent so many costs of royalty are lost in the accounts so British taxpayers are never given a bottom line of how much it actually costs us to have a monarchy.

They use the term "pass the buck of responsibility". Why is no one saying that this is EXACTLY what the ex royals did when the Baka people pleas to them last May 2023. Not only did they pass the buck, he took a promotion to the board 5 months after their letter. During the ridiculous aviation award he used African Parks in his list of proud achievements 8 months after he recieved their letter. THE STATEMENTS ON THE WEBSITE ARE LAUGHABLE
His board position should now be revoked. No executive should just 'inform' someone - it behoves them to do something, and actually ensure it is done. That we have heard no more from Harry about this speaks volumes.

I remember MM said that our late Queen Elizabeth didn’t “ own” the word “ royal” and it took a while for her to agree not to use their titles or the word royal in their business dealings. It looks like she/ they are sticking two fingers up to the King now.

I do find this genuinely confusing. I know they couldn't use the name 'Sussex Royal' because of the word 'royal'. MM made a bit of meal of that at the time, saying that no one owned the word 'royal'. They were told they couldn't use the style 'HRH', not that they couldn't use the titles 'Prince', 'Duke' and 'Duchess', which both the Sussexes and the Palace have used over time.
It's the 'commercial gain' bit that I'm struggling with. If they made money via Netflix, Spotify and Penguin Random House, and if they titles were used then, surely those are classed as commercial enterprises?
I think the Palace has allowed it to get to this point. This is not the first red line that they have crossed.

Sussex ISN'T their surname. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex is a TITLE, not a name. (unless you count it as the name of Sussex, the place in the UK). The titles were given to Harry and his first wife as a gift from our late and fabulous Queen Elizabeth ll. Titles from the Monarch are gifts, but they can be taken back.
Not so easily, though - Parliament has to get involved.
Gifts of titles are for life and some are hereditary rather than held on merit. Removal is not a straightforward issue and currently, Parliament hold the reins.

We can only hope the Palace will intervene, but given their past track record, I'm not holding my breath. Something I'm thinking and perhaps I'm wrong, but with Harry pursuing all these legal issues from years ago, I suspect many of the UK newspapers, etc., will be out turning over every rock in the countryside looking for scuttlebutt on him. Sort of a "We'll show him" attitude. As for our US newspapers and news stations, they are slowly turning on the grifters and Harry's legal game-playing won't fare well over here.
Harry has been advised on at least one pending court case not to name an aide in his action, but he's declined to listen. This is going to backfire when that individual takes the stand, just as Meghan's case was undermined by Jason Knauf's testimony on the stand that contradicted her assertion that she & Harry did not help the authors of Finding Freedom. But this is an example of them never listening to good advice. No doubt the respective offices of state are reviewing the potential steps available to them in respect of addressing the issues with this new website and its contents. Not a time for size 9s.

Until Parliament pass the bill to give the monarch that power, he cannot remove titles arbitrarily. But even then, the bill recommends the involvement of the Ptivy Council in order to still restrict the monarch from having full discretion.

1. If it were just a matter of “it’s their name, deal with it” - they would’ve tried “The office of Harry and Meghan Sussex” - it doesn’t. And for the record, it’s not their surname - Sussex is an honorary title. They are Henry Mountbatten Windsor and Meghan Markle - a Prince and his first wife who did NOT take his name. This is a clear attempt to set up a “Royal court” in America. The fact Sussex is NOT their surname just cements the fact they’re attempting to cosplay as royal.
2. It’s been noted they don’t mention the RF anywhere - this feels to me like a petty and vindictive jab - ie. “you told us we couldn’t use the word royal? Ok…”
3. This whole page is a massive ad campaign for Markle with a special appearance by Harry. From her bloated and self aggrandising bio to the use of her crest for her very brief stint as a working (cough cough) royal.
4. She literally has in her bio the “Ripple of Hope Award” - the acceptance of an award for supposedly calling out racism in the RF. The very thing they’re exploiting and continue to abuse via this website.
5. The fact they did all this at this time - I never thought I could see a couple who are successful traitors of TWO countries. Ditch service and duty in one country and then attempt to be cosplaying royals in another country that literally fought a war to ensure they don’t have royalty. Some spokesperson for the Markles claimed that 'Sussex' is the couple's family name and surname so they had every right to use it. If they are going to get someone to speak on their behalf maybe they should get someone with at least a shred of knowledge about the BRF. 'Sussex' is neither their family nor surname.

I have not really looked at the whole sussex website that minutely. There was some design thing at the top but barely gave it a glance - just gave the page a quick read. Will take another look.
H&M should have used their last name Windsor -- invented by the monarchy because it sounded more British than their original real names were too germanic sounding.
But the underlying principle, sometimes your last name can open doors and provide opportunities that would otherwise remain closed so I can understand their instinct to use the last name to gain a benefit. Think that is a very human trait in our society especially those with well developed class systems.

From what I have seen, it appears to be a Fantasy Coat of Arms, made up by someone not particularly well versed in the rules of heraldry ie. the horizontal device near the top of the shield (on Henry's side) and around the lion's neck is called a 'Label' and represents the eldest son. Also, I 'm not 100% sure, but that crown looks very similar to the one used for the Arms of the Princess Royal. Possibly some blatant plagarism going on here???
PS. Please, please stop calling it a crest...it is a coat of arms. A crest is only the part that sits atop the shield (the clue is in the name).
CORRECTION! After some research, this coat of arms is totally legit and belonged to this couple since it was granted to them for their marriage.. I can only assume that he must have received some kind of special dispenstion to use the "eldest son" devce.

At the time it was reported that it was a nod of respect towards Philip as he finally had ancestors actually using his surname.
