Did you hear about Harry writing a letter to the LAPD in California asking them to provide him and Megan with a Security Detail to go to the Legends of Aviation Awards. He cited that there was too much Media and Public Backlash at him for getting the award and they needed Protection. Now, of course, the LAPD told him NO and said they had way more important concerns to waste their time babysitting a celebrity and told him to hire his own /security team as he has done before. A spokesperson for LAPD also said that in the letter Harry came off as very Arrogant and Entitled, basically giving the impression he was doing LA a favour being there. Plus, the other day he was seen doing a "Pap Walk" in a carpark with NO SECURITY AT ALL. If I may put out my opinion that, just maybe, Harry doesn't have anymore money left and may not even be able to pay these Court Costs he has been hit with.
I hope this is all true.

No doubt that Harry is too stupid and arrogant to have learned two valuable lessons from this case- 1. his lawyers will be happy to take his money even for cases he has a snowball's chance of hell in winning, 2. when you play in the real world, you take your chances and Harry's been playing in the real world for several years now and he keeps losing. Why? Because he lacks character, he lacks intellect, he lacks skills and he lacks ambition. Money can buy Harry (and his wife for that matter) all the undeserved awards he wants but it will never buy him those attributes that his grandmother possessed and his father and brother possess.

No. It's about the burden of proof. It's entirely possible to have cases where neither side can meet the burden of proof against the other. The world is not as black and white as people want it to be.
(This is why it is wrong to talk about being "proven innocent" - You can never be proven innocent. You are "assumed" to be innocent and, after a court case, that assumption may well be unchanged)

Hello sir. Two things : first I find it incredible that you have bench trials , as opposed to jury trials. Judges have some biases , and in fact , on two occasions the High Court judge got two famous cases wrong , which was known post ruling. 1) Depp vs Associated news. 2) Mrs Harry Windsor vs ( ?) where she LIED TO THE COURT.
Secondly , The fact that Mr Harry Mountbatten Windsor thought his reputation could be hurt by an outside source , when he has destroyed any good reputation that existed pre the Duchess of NarSussex is laughable. Is a strike out suit for the Judge's Judgement - a useful legal strategy that can be used to try to obtain an early end to a dispute without the need for a hearing.
A UK Crown Court: normally has a jury. Though an application for a Private Hearing maybe issued because of the sensitive and private nature of the case.
Juries are only used in a limited number of civil cases libel or slander; false imprisonment; malicious prosecution;fraud.
Depp vs Associated news is NOT the same thing as Depp vs Heard. It is entirely reasonable to lose the first and win the second and for both judgements to be legally correct.
Judges may well get things wrong and have biases but we, reasonably, expect them to make less errors and be more aware of their biases than the general public, especially when dealing with public figures

Daniel, you're too kind. Hazbeen had no such thoughts. His wife put him up to pushing these cases, cases that he did not take up on his own or pursue, prior to their pairing. Of course he has to withdraw it because he's going to lose. That writing was on the wall so he's been given advice. He will be embarrassed that he has to withdraw it and that he has to pay an exorbitant sum* (never mind his own legal costs!). He ought to be furious at himself and his wife (and whoever else is instructing him from the shad0ws). That's why I say he's having no such thoughts. I don't think he's a strategic, insightful, deep or thoughtful person at all. He was happier pre-Migraine and any good strides he'd made, she has wrecked it all.

When the barrister fined Harry before the end of the case, I knew the judge was telling him he didn't have a case. Usually expenses and fines are calculated at the end of a trial or case.

I tend to think he wouldn't want to reveal a lot of information he'd have had to disclose within a variety of correspondence, had this gone to trial.
I have to wonder if Harry goes full steam ahead and refuses to listen to sound legal advice. In America, you can pretty much sue for anything, except malpractice in my state that must have met certain criteria.
I think it’s the Mrs cranking up his entitlement, thinking they have a case to push. Let alone they did a handful, and so far they’ve managed to only sour their reputation as a result. Getting paid £1, mocked for not remembering that resulted in perjury, using feelings as a build up of a case. And now this walk away resulting in getting a hefty fine for wasting everyone’s time and resources is the cherry on top.

No documents and Harry’s team capitulates on Harry’s behalf at the twelfth hour.
I couldn’t settle without seeing the documentation a claimant was relying on either - they might be bluffing🤔

He may be saving face having heard a judges thoughts on the case or he just doesn't have the money to pick up MoS court costs if he were to lose. Lets face it there have been no new deals being done and they've produced very little for Netflix so will that deal hold.

Basically the Judge has saved Harry a lot of money. He couldn't have made it much plainer which way the final judgement would go and Harry really could have made no other choice than to withdraw.
I sent in an article to the DM, as it was a comment made by the HO itself in a different cubed, in which they stated that Harold had not offered to pay. This was before his lawsuit, so they were allowed to make their statement, but it was only an aside in another article, so not a headline.

He didn’t win the case - he won a portion of that case something like 15 of the 35 he was allowed to put forward of his original 100plus ‘complaints’. It seems to me harry did not want to be put under cross examination. We have already heard what his answers were to the questions. His responses were not the answers we would expect from an educated man who was well prepared with facts to support hus answers.
He won that case and from what I’ve read it sounds like harry still ended up paying more than he won.
