Man - I have a 2008 civic. I want it modified too. my budget is more than that definitely. Exterior mods, rust in wheel arches and installing android display and front/rear camera. Will you do it?
Will you get rid of the god damn popping sound its fucking useless and pisses certain people off with hyperacusis and misophonia cant even watch the video now with soume sound thumbs fucki g down@SmplBuilds
That headlight kit is my favorite. I think you can get them clearer if you did a couple more rounds. If you have different sand paper grits that helps too. Headlight restos make such a huge difference.
Does it help with the light reaching longer distance? I have a problem with my car lights only shining a bit in front of the car. Got new lights and helped a bit but not as good as can be. Does cleaning help that? And do you guys have like Amazon links plz?
This was the perfect makeover to me. I’ve been binging since I found your channel, and they’re all beautiful makeovers, but this one here, this is my style. Just some little things to clean it up and bring it up a notch makes a world of difference.
This series you're doing has really inspired me to put some effort and a little cash to fix things on my e85 Z4 that I've been neglecting since I got my M4 and AMG C63s. It's a little beater of a car but I deserves better haha
@@davidryde6296 I've been so tempted to LS3 swap it for years but I can't justify it to the fiancé when I've got the 515+ hp C63 in the garage that I'm not driving till premium gas goes down a little.
The black spray bomb paint is going to have about five minutes of adhesion over that chrome due to lack of proper prep. The finished product looks great, but with a bit more prep work, it will last a lot longer.
I really appreciate how you truly show your cleaning process along with your other work. While steamers and extractors can be really useful they're not always possible for those on a budget. Great work! I should say, at some stores you can rent a carpet extractor.
I recently bought a black 2005 Passat B5.5 Highline for £200 (or roughly $260). Needed a bit of work but not much. Spent a week replacing rear brakes, couple of trim pieces, window regulators and then detailed it. Came up like new and then sold on for £1700. Was actually tempted to keep it as it was a good straight low miles TDi
@SmplBuilds Amazing Content here. I didn't know one could bring such a transformation under $200 budget. Honda Civic (same model) has been one of my favourite cars. Thanks for doing this, Cheers!
word that $300 goal transformation would be so dope. i’m over here still needing to paint my 02 k24 rsx. trying to find the perfect time. this is a dope video i keep watching them all.
Damn this is pretty cool. Your vids are so simple to enjoy. This is usually the type of content the average Joe would come across for budget minds to implement. You've earned a like, sub, and bell
keep bringing out regular content like this, people love it and in the future you'll be able to do this on pretty cool cars with a higher budget. Love the content man!
Amazing Job my friend…I just Did a Genesis turbo, I messed up though because all I had was 280 grit and base coat went on great but clear coat doesn’t have that glass shine to it. But it looks great. It’s so much fun when it’s finished, and you remember what it use to be. My car was wrecked in the front end.😊
i love fixer upper videos on cars. Something ive been wanting to do myself but never knew where to start. its motivating and inspiring to watch this, thanks new sub!
This is literally the process I do. When I used to buy all my used cars like to the tee. Interior, polish headlights i use the wet sand then clear coat method. On the cars with bad paint but no body damage I would paint the whole car. San the whole thing hit it with primer/filler then used rust oleum 2x gloss paint whatever color that specific paint gives best results. Spray two coats of color of choice, hit it with rust oleum 2x clear about 2 coats then wet sand the whole thing carefully not to sand through the paint then buff it out and bam 💥. Used to flip a car with “ new” paint for under 300 I’d say.
Broo u are so underrated, ur videos must reach millions views for the kind of good job u are making. Keep it up for the great job, greetings from Albania 🇦🇱
Awesome Job i would Have shampooed the seats and carpet before the covering. I invested in one of the machines and it worked wonders! Or use the brush and wet vacuum the stuff out
I’ve been watching you since you’ve been doing your first transformations, and this is something I like using for headlight. The price went up but I like using the SYLVANIA - Headlight Restoration Kit.
These are easily my favorite videos. Watching the transformation is great and the way you edit the videos makes it even more enjoyable. Love the channel and the shirt I just bought from yall
I keep on learning from your videos and I can't wait to transform my Ford Fiesta SE it's a 2019 you know but I have a vision for it that I'm planning out. But bro much love keep your head up 💯
big ass transformation no cap lol keep up with the work man, love how u doin things for ppl and changing their lives man, may not be alot but def life changing, esp if it's a daily car 💯🔥🙌 ps next time, should use that black paint and paint the stock rims to black to pop more, esp they look really rusty and ugly
You did it again man!! Doable budgets and cleaning up the rides. I only wish that some of these owners would keep up with maintaining their rides. It's not that hard..lol
Remove seats to install the covers. You can clean spots never before reached, and the install is so much better. The rear bench is held by 3 clips, so remove it and the cover will fit like a custom dress
Awesome vid like always fellas, only thing i might have done differently was the hub caps, if the car had all four original cald and were only cosmetically damaged , i would have restored those and paint them. Other than that, great job like always, keep it up
Always use self-etching primer before spray paintin chrome it makes a lot of difference and might as well get new headlights the restore kits in add shine as u can clearly see in the video they’re still hazed
Nice. Makes me wonder if just spray painting my roof, hood, spoiler and grill would have been easier. I had sun damage on the roof and hood so i covered both in a carbon fibre vinyl from Amazon. About $50. Then to make it all look put togetherl i used the left overs to do part of the grill, black out the emblem, and then did the top of the spoiler. It looked good, but did take the day to do. Maybe paint would have been easier. Nice tips and vid. May use some of these one day.
I just picked up my first car. It was my girlfriends, it's a 2007 civic ex coupe. I've been looking at cars for a year now, and to finally have one is insane to me. I've got a few things planned. Interior detail it's got a small dent on the rear quarter, so I want to get that fixed. Then, a wrap, eventually nothing crazy just want to make it a little fresher. I'm so excited
Love the black roof. I’ve done the same to other cars. I would definitely paint the steel wheels so there is no rusty dirtiness showing behind the new wheel trims. Why not just Sand and paint the factory wheel covers!? Provided they’re not cracked/broken. As they bolt on, they will fit and stay in place better than any snap on after market alternatives. They money saved could go towards a small black lip spoiler on the trunk to coordinate with the front spoiler
When you spray paint 🎨 car pieces, I suggest you try out the turbo paint cans, they are a time saver and it comes out looking even, down side they only come in black and white bro, great video tho👍🏼👍🏼
