upper body & abs made a genius combo here. my favourites were seated switsch press, because it felt kind of funny, and close squeeze push-ups too, because it´s too creepy to observe how the floor comes closer! 🤣
6/26/23 Great upper body pump, I'm going to try and push for heavier weights the next time I go through this!
