I am having massive issues with my knee(I suspect a meniscal tear that is also causing a meniscal cyst- Dr. appt next week), so I modded squats and lunges with wall sits, low lateral side steps and leg lifts with bands, more deadlifts and Farmer's Carry..... This one BLEW by so fast!!!
I'm sure this is a lot of work for you and Miss Tiffany, but I hope this is a regular feature! Honestly makes you realize that working out should be fun! Loved it!

This gamble workout is a bad idea since I did the pervious leg workout from yesterday. Doing the same muscle groups on free weights day to day will tear the muscle.

This is very similar to your "Wheel of Fortune" workout from a few years back, albeit with different moves! Keep on torturing us!
