Thanks for all the content. In one year I have really transformed my body. My waist line went form 36” to 30. 5:38 I am down 35lbs in 12 months. My Blood pressure is back below normal. When I started I couldn’t do 10 minutes, now I’m mixing shorter videos and doing 45 mins combined. I appreciate you!

These are bit more bulky than traditional dumbbells but the rubber grips are great for keeping hold. Very comfortable and the weight selection is convenient and easy.
