My full water culture phal has flappy leaves, it was doing good for three years. Now she is not happy dehydrated leaves as well. Plz help

Can roots grow out of orchid leaves and how

The roots can only grow out of the stems….sometimes they’ll break through the leaves but not out of the leaves themselves.
