How to reroot a rootless Phaleanopsis orchid?

One of my Phaleanopsis orchids got root rot and all its roots were gone. Now most people throw the orchid away, but there is a simple way to make your orchid regrow new roots. In this video you can see how to do that. You need patience, but the result is very rewarding.

I've got two baby orchids and one has no roots at all. The leaves and shriveled and wrinkly. Im going to try this! I feel hopeful!
