I recently got a Wiebad Mini Fortune Cookie shooting bag thst works great! It worked perfectly at a match with my 15 lbs precision gun, but it would work better if I had a 26" barrel, because of the balance point just in front of the magazine. These front heavy AR's with their cans and enablers seem to work the same way. A good topic to get into next regarding the use of bags....is rifle balance.
Gleaning a lot of excellent tips to add to my warfighting capability with content of the videos featuring Ridgeline. Thanks for posting these. Not to deprecate the training, people, or facility, but I am concerned about the blending of "One Way Range" admin tactics with "Two Way Range" application. There is no such thing as combat PRS. Train as you fight, right? Well, these flat range PRS gaming tactics will get you killed really quickly on a two way range. For example, placing your gun barrel out a window to engage threats? Window sill corner makes a more stable rest, but might as well hang a neon sign saying, "Shoot Here!" Extending the body and gun beyond the cover, same thing. Warfighting with a 12-15lb sandbag? Like the instructor said, "You wouldn't want to be hunting in the mountains with a 12lb bag." Well, combat is way more intensive than hiking/hunting mountains so that's also a no go. Mil stopped the practice of weapons malfunctions on the range with a hand in the air due to joes pulling that in combat, the police stopped making their officers pick up brass during the range session after finding dead cops after a firefight with empty brass in their pockets. Just things to ponder and keep real. Don't train as you wouldn't fight.

Love this stuff
Do you use the sand or the standard fill in your pint size GC?
Sand
@@jimmybrodriguez thanks! Do you prefer the pint sized over the schmedium? I think I remember you using the schmedium at one point
Personally yes I prefer the pint sized but most people like the schmedium
So I just picked up a schmedium gc with the git lite fill. How much of the fill should I remove?
It’s all personal preference. I use the sand and didn’t remove any
Why have links for gear but not a link for the bag your recommending?
Armageddon gear bags
