I honestly come here to hear "don't worry about it". Makes me feel like 2021 is going to be okay. This is the year we all find our Aaron and Claire relationship and eat delicious, easy dinners.
My parents often made that sweet French toast for me. But in my country it's called "Arme Ritter" which is German and means "poor knights", because back in the days knights that were to broke to effort a lot of food would use their already dried up bread and soke it in milk and egg to make it soft and easier to chew. My parents used to serve it to me with a lot of cinnamon and sugar on top, but I also think that maple syrup is the best topping for it. Honey also works well with it. I recommend trying it, it's sweet, simple, quick and easy to make and you probably already have the ingredients at home👍

@@Cookie-qx1ip oh, I'm sorry to hear that. We always use lactose free milk because my dad has lactose intolerance, but since you said you can't eat eggs, I guess you still can't drink milk because there is also protein in it and stuff.

When Aaron says “don’t worry about it” I stop worrying about all the things weighing me down in life while watching these videos. 🙏🏽 Also, I make Gilgeori toast almost every single day for breakfast! Simple, quick and delicious! I highly recommend it.
couple ideas 1) for the grilled cheese, try coating with mayonnaise. When toasted, the egg will cook. 2) For the french toast, add some vanilla into the custard. Then, in the maple syrup....add a really small amount of instant coffee. I do not drink coffee at all, but adding a little of the instant coffee just made it taste soo much better. Decadent. I guess you can use decaf, but I used caffeinated. I used the little Folgers packets. 3) Perfect. Maybe add Tabasco. BTW...Claire's best review ever!

I’ve only had street toast that I’ve made myself. My Korean friend told me I shouldn’t skip the sugar even though I wanted to. It’s one of my favorite things! I really like the tips about a small pan and cutting the edges. I’ll definitely try that next time.

Any foods where you can actually cook using electric and your capable to get electric through any plan or program in your area is pretty sweet . They developed some program here 5 years ago where at some points during the program you couldn't get electric heat, and you were put in positions to run out food and numerous other things so Im sure when things get back to normal for the select people this will actually be something there gonna look forward to trying and ill definitely share .. Aaron, a pro tip for french toast: Always put a little vanilla in your custard mix. It makes a HUGE difference in the deliciousness! :)

Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Gouda, emmental and Edam was a pretty nice mix for grilled cheese I’ve tried. Very creamy and savory taste
