I tried to get your cookbook, but we have package thieves. Amazon delivered it with a picture saying they did, but I didn't get it. The only way I can get it if I can get Amazon to ship to a P.O. Box or find someone who can. Amazon refunded me my money though. The Post Office is a secure spot, no one will attempt to break in cause those are federal laws. If you could send it too me this way, I'd buy it.

Again, for some reason I just giggle think about how Claire could just be going about her day, and then randomly hear Aaron shout her name, and she drops whatever she's doing to go eat delicious food.

I am so happy to finally find a youtube cook who understands that not everyone can get their hands on all ingredients. Living in a rural norwegian town, far from the store makes it pretty hard.

10:00 I have a recommendation for those who can't get fresh shiitake or only have dried on hand. You can rehydrate your dried shiitake and use the mushroom water to soften the rice! It will taste amazing

if you're in america, american food is poison. I can eat a lot of rice in my country and I don't get fat but while I was studying in USA I got fat and got a candida infection which american doctors misdiagnosed and sent me anti-biotics which made the infection even worse. I went back to my country and the doctors knew more than the american doctors and they healed me and I'm not fat anymore even though I still eat rice (in my country). I don't know what's the deal with america, it's like they poison the food with hormones and toxins. No wonder most people are so fat there and die young. I can eat a lot of rice and bread in Italy, korea, Japan and my country (Costa Rica) and I feel good. I really don't care to visit USA again. I was excited at first because everyone says that USA is the best country in the world (HAHAHA) for me it's been one of the worst countries I've been to.

The first recipe, I’ve known since childhood when my mum made it for me. I’ve just tried the tuna fish with a slight adaptation because I didn’t want the sweetness of the corn syrup. It was still excellent and in addition to Aaron’s suggestions, would be good on a jacket potato. What a lockdown find this channel is - brilliant!
