Great job! I'm two years in, recovering from a bad stroke. I've got a home gym set up now, and I try to stay motivated daily to push forward. I can feel tiny improvements every week.
Thank you for putting your journey out there. You are such an encouragement to all of us out here. Ive had the depression, the sadnesss from the plateaus, the struggles, the pain from spasticity, the cramps in my foot and arm. I have not had a day without pain sinse 2018. Please keep the vids coming
This is awesome. I just got a personal trainer for 12 months. I’m already making tons of improvements and will keep going and never quit. I’m now able to ride an exercise bike. I couldn’t do this last year. Keep working and never quit.
How are you my stroke fellow I am one of your subscriber. I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2013 when I was 53.Now I am 64.I am from Pakistan. Where are you from
Got on my bike for the first time since before my stroke tonight! Was your weak side ankle weird at first when you got on there(didn’t hurt but it was like my ankle was “catching”on my left side….)

@@cymaticatom yes it was definitely a challenge to figure out how to grip the handlebars again. Ended up just making it happen through trial and error.💪
Hey man is there an easy way to get a hold of you for light coaching? 27m I'm just trying to get my life back trying to go back to work Is Massive hemorrhagic stroke Some cognitive issues and Mostly my arm in hand What's the wheelchair 6 months Just trying to get my life back man
@@jeancosgrove2679 I realized fear is a useless emotion in my world. Surviving the stroke and life threatening brain surgery was the worst of it. So I began to feel I was spared because my work is not done here on earth. Try tapping into your inner strength by redirecting the fear into your purpose. You have a purpose, and as soon as you devote yourself to your purpose, that force will demolish your fears. Transform your inner fear into, to inner strength. It’s there, it’s just lying dormant. Keep up the good fight 💪
