Lats get pumped and sore all the time. But the only time my midback, mid/lower trap area, gets sore is after a deadlift or sldl session. Otherwise nada. Going to try some of these cues out tho, thanks Mike

I’m definitely one of those people who lack upper back mainly from scoliosis. I’ve just been doing a ton of shrugs at different angles but haven’t seen much progress. Can’t wait to give this a go

@Wycked-each side of my body has it own personailty, not kidding, LOL! What you said is so true, anyone who sees my flaws will freak out. 1 palm can rotate and the other can only half rotate which makes a difference with my triceps and lat training
