    Japanese sweet potatoes are a hit or miss but really good. Thanks for the ingredients tips!

    I love simple bowls with a variety of vegtables, grains and beans with a simple cashew sauce. Great video!

    Hi Sam! Thank you for another wonderful video!! 😊
    I’m also a very simple eater. Prior to converting over to a WFPB Starch Solution woe I was following a Nutritarian woe for about 3 years. I loved how I felt inside. I felt healthy and thriving. But I never lost any weight and I grew so tired over the tedious-ness of the prep and planning of all the food. I don’t know..maybe I was doing it wrong but I’m a very simple eater at heart. Now that’s not to say I don’t still refer back to the tremendous teachings of Dr Joel Fuhrman!! His methods are amazing and like I said I felt amazing.
    I love how your approach is so simple, yummy looking food. And very healthy! I definitely will be checking out your blog! ❤

    Thank you Sam for the inspiration! Where I live we have only orange sweet potatoes but they are yummy too. 🥦🍠

      I love orange sweet potatoes too! The Hawaiian ones aren't always around here either, but I can find sometimes at my local international shop or online.

      @ I live in Sweden and the veggies and fruits are not of good quality and they are very expensive even the frozen ones. I appreciate you cook with basic and easy to find ingredients without sacrificing the taste.

    I was just found your channel and I'm binge watching your videos. I just saw your hummus video. Does the tahini you use have oil in it?

    • @samcookskindness
      @samcookskindness  6 днів тому

      Nope, 100% sesame seeds :)
      (I honestly didn’t even realize you could get a tahini with oil in it!)
      Thanks for watching!!! 💕

    I’ve never liked my purple sweets in the instapot, only baked.

      I think I've tried all the ways! Baked has definitely given the best results, but even they sometimes turn out weird for me. 🤷‍♀️

      @ you’re right tho, they need to be fresh to be the best. I can only find them at the Asian market in my area and they only get them in on Fridays.
