    We can burn fat without jumping and hardcore workout? If so I should give a try. It looks calm and relaxing. 😊 could I do this right away after meal or how long should I wait?

      You should wait at least 2 hours after meals to workout in general :) and workout with proper diet and healthy lifestyle can help to burn fat in a healthy way. keep me posted!
