Hi Hannah - I'm back after 2 1/2 weeks of no pilates at all since I pulled some muscles in my back gardening! Very fun workout! I'm not great with balance but managed most of your exercises and am even sweating! Tomorrow I'll do one of your long stretch workouts...Thank you!
