Are you wearing a mask? Are you pretending to be something you are not, in order to fit in? Are you still surrounding yourself with people and situations that are no longer in alignment with your soul?😐😔
As we evolve, as we awaken, we tend to outgrow our environment. We start to feel uncomfortable around people who once brought us joy.🤔😥
We disconnect from people and situations that no longer serve us.😢😞
But often it is hard for us to face this. We latch on for dear life. We act inauthentic in order to feel accepted or validated. We fear being alone.😕🙁
But our soul, our body will try to warn us. We will eventually feel so much dis-ease around these people that we are forced to leave.😖😩
This also involves what we put into our bodies or what we allow ourselves to watch or be around.😔😓
