Unfortunately ur info on jaggery was a turn off. I had misinformation more specially when I am diabetic. No more jaggery for me. U r great Mann.

It has no benefit to body 😈 6) jaggery (15g) contains 60* calories in which 70% sucrose and 30% glucose and fructose. 😐 7) if you have diabetes then don't eat because it has high glasemic index (spike insulin) which elevates your blood sugar level. 😱 8) if you don't have diabetes then you can have 2 serving of 15g each per week. 😳 **don't eat jaggery daily bz it will affect your insulin **😇
What made me watch Ur lengthy video is that you have a clear voice ... most video makers think we hv too much tm on our hands to sit patiently n watch d never ending videos..(esp ppl who upload cookery n med videos...blah blah blah)... I would definitely like to request Mr Mann, that please get the complete information on gur and its nutritional values in terms of calcium, iron, manganese, potassium, etc as I believe that if one make gur a part of their after meals like 5gm or 10gm it will definitely have some good results on health and if they replace white sugar with gur in daily life consumption scenario it will have a great health effect for sure. But I do agree that its not recommended for diabetic patients.
