As long as you don't overdose, and stick to the recommended dose, and as long as your properly hydrated you'll be fine, zero kidney problems. Only one person I've heard of had problems, they admitted they wasn't hydrating enough, and stupidly drank Red Bull cans instead of water.😖

creatine does effect kidney and joints ,I have suffered from joint pains ,and found creatine serum high in the report ,all though I was taking about 6-7 litres of water, I personally think it's person to person ,my body doesn't react well to creatine

Souraj Sutradhar if u could take my suggestion brother use peanut butter it’s available use it in morning for toast and after workout 1 banana or two (3 bananas in day sufficient) milk and peanut butter 1 spoon make a shake use it I do it m late on my protein powder it really helps with recovery and after one hour prepare your meal .
