STORY TIME!
I was laying my daughter down and fell asleep listening to this and woke up 2 hours later. My phone was still going and all I could hear was Ajahn Brahm's voice. :D

Wonderful! And, I had such a sincere, thankful, smile at the end, feeling so much at ease . Thank you. This was the first meditation I've done with Ajahn. Though I have listened to some talks.

I never sleep can u make a meditation where u don't ring the bell. Lol. I can't fall asleep unless I listen to you but than the bell rings in awake.
I think it would help others too. I have a bad back it's hard to sit up so it would help especially those who have Sleep insomnia. Love you so much your such a blessing to me. 🏵️
That was a beautiful meditation Bhante. I do feel so much at peace. After a while the breath seems to disappear. What do I do then ?

All men have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, the wages for our sin is death. The Good news is that God so loved the world, that he sent his ONLY begotten son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins. Whoever believes in their heart that Jesus died on the cross, rose again on the 3rd day and confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord, will be saved. God created us to have a relationship with him, only through Jesus can we be reunited with him.

There is no true peace that can be obtained outside of Jesus Christ.
