I think if I invest in a vitamix I want it to do everything perfectly and smooth thats what vitamix stand for in my opinion so I would pick up the a3500 or pro 750 instead of a vitamix one even if I have to save up longer
*I had one of these before and it lasted many years and I used it a lot. It blends **MyBest.Kitchen** chops ,grates. Does most anything you would want to use it for. A lot of bang for your buck. A litlle loud however it so fast it is not bothersome.*
I managed to get a Vitamix One on Amazon for $227 used very good $50 less than the new price. For me the biggest issue with a lot of other blenders and I've had a lot of different ones is that there's always little bits of whatever in the smoothie so when I would go to drink I'd be feeling all the little bits and that's what I so disliked. I had a really good Oster blender that couldn't even take dates down properly for me I like to have a smoothie made with apples and dates but I want something that's very drinkable very smooth and that's what really made me want to purchase a Vitamix to make very smooth smoothies.
It's pretty much the perfect size for the green smoothies I make. With all the ingredients smushed in, it's at or slightly above the 32 oz line. The tamper definitely speeds things up when you're filling it to the brim. I feel it kinda needs that extra help when it's that full. Also, I tried adding a whole apple (pretty normal sized) as an ingredient and noticed it wasn't really getting blended, even when using the tamper. I ended up having to start it back up at a pretty low speed for it to start pulverizing the apple, then bring it to high. I wonder if the same would have happened on a full sized. Not that big of a deal though. I chop bigger ingredients into pieces to help it out and am very satisfied with the results. I have no reference point when it comes to noise level but am told the nicer Vitamixes have better sound dampening. All I know is I definitely don't wanna use this thing at 5 AM when everyone's still asleep.
I just got the Vitamix One 😃 and so far I really like it! 😍 I’m not a cook, and I use it basically for me, so it’s the perfect size, oh, and easy to clean 😉❤️✌🏽
had one of the old s series models, only problem was it tended to leak from the bottom, Seemed nearly impossible to screw it in tight enough. This one being a single piece looks like it wouldn’t have that issue
Definitely a great use-case for the one. That's how I've been mostly using it, making fast smoothies after working out or if I need a quick meal on the go. Thanks for watching, Dana!
All models above the new ONE and S30 use the same engine. IT's like buying a Porsche 911. Same engine in many models. Separated by features available. Vitamix needs to innovate again. This blender being the only new model in a few years. HEH...What they should do is upgrade their flagship model the A3500--add flip switches and upgrade the display ...Blentec's display is the best on the market IMHO...also too expensive for what most of us will be using them for. Occasionally. :) They should put an LCD display on ALL models. Not just t he 2 top models. Odd they don't support smart home tech...which I haven't heard much on lately...forget the name of the systems...are they dying out?? heh
don’t really see the point of more bells and whistles, people like the product because of its performance, not frills. I prefer manual know controls over touch screens anyhow
I know the Vitamix One can make sauces, but does this include chunky sauces that need to be smoothed down like tamale sauce and certain spaghetti sauces?
Hey there Jackie, exactly what Allie G commented below - I've been using Vitamix for years and blogging about them. My blog goes over the different Vitamix machines (check out the about page to learn more about that) and recently I've been doing more videos on my other channel, so I thought it was a great time to make some Vitamix videos. Hopefully you enjoyed the video and found it useful!
@@allieg.1656 Hey there Allie, you're exactly right. I started my blog years ago (to learn some new technology I was using at work) and after researching which Vitamix I wanted to buy at the time, I put those two ideas together and Blend Guide was born! Didn't start the blog with the intention of "getting anything" and technically, I had 0 UA-cam subscribers when they sent me this. Just wanted to be transparent since some reviewers sometimes don't disclose when they get products for free in exchange for a review, and you're technically suppose to do that. Sorry for the rant! Thanks for watching
@@BlendGuide That's pretty cool . I wasn't sure which one to get really wanted the A3500 but it costs 900€ here in Germany well in the end I went with it anyway :D
Hey there Frank, my local smoothie shop has Vitamix machines like that - but they might be reserved for industrial kitchens? I've never seen a consumer with those as they are really expensive.

I think I need to step down to the Vitamix ONE.

Great review
I think this model is good to use at work. It's an easy fix for teachers to create a healthy breakfast and lunch on the go.

How many horse power is this one? Also are there any vegetables I should not use in this?
how powerful is the motor?

Does this blend kale smoothly like the E310?

how with only 4 subscribers do you get sent a free vitamix to review? lol 😆 not judging, just want to be hooked up too
Probably a successful blog

Vitamix dosen't have a VACUUM SYSTEM.
100 years of making blenders and NO VACUUM👎👎👎👎👎
