This presenter is amazing. I would love to see another simpler video, demonstrating a hypothetical scenario without all the options. ie, "If i wanted a reminder to put on my shoes at 9:00am and get my bag, here is what i would do." All the options are amazing, but a more accessible version (without overwhelming choices) for the ASD community would be amaaaazing.
I love this. can i use this to also plan directly towards my calendar? because i often have to share it with friends, work or family. Also are the calendar only showable on the web? im kinda looking for an all in one option
Thanks so much for your feedback! We know the routines feature was a favorite for many, and while it’s been replaced with tasks and subtasks to simplify planning and improve stability, we’re always listening to feedback as we continue developing Tiimo. If there’s anything specific you need help with, feel free to reach out at hello@tiimo.dk - we’re always here to help!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We hear you, and we know how valuable the routines feature has been for creating structure and staying organized. Shifting routines to tasks with subtasks wasn’t an easy decision, but it allowed us to make Tiimo simpler and more stable, especially as we found that most users preferred the flexibility of subtasks. We’re listening, and your feedback is always important in how we move forward. If there are specific aspects of routines you’re missing, please let us know-we want to keep making Tiimo work well for you. Thanks for sticking with us through these changes.🌻
I liked how you could allocate a given amount of time to a task, pick a visual and have that visual be displayed in the in the time you are supposed to do that task, automatically going from one to the next. If there was a way to do that with subtasks, setting a time for them and having the visual show up in focus, when it’s time that would be wonderful😊
@@tiimoapp "Routines" was the ONLY part of Tiimo that I used consistently. It was what got me to even open Tiimo in the first place, because I was motivated to get that brief and easy dopamine hit when I checked off one of those colorful items (wake up, make bed, face and teeth, get dressed, drink coffee, eat breakfast, take meds). If I got nothing else done that day, at least I got those, and the success of my day effectively hinged upon that morning routine.-- What "Routines" had that worked for me was: Colorful items to check off (dopamine); seeing my progress at a glance without having to expand the whole thing (dopamine without extra keystrokes); and when I did expand the view to check something off, I didn't have to to waste precious key strokes and attention on selecting "just this task" or "update everything" when I closed it.-- The way it is now has made Tiimo something I now actively avoid because it makes me feel defeated.
@@tiimoappi personally really don’t like this change. I found the word routine so much more gentle than task, I think “task” really bothers my PDA, so I would love to see the routines come back.
There is no "help" option on either the web browser or phone app. Where am I supposed to send questions or find an FAQ with answers to questions like you explain here? I have 2 other questions: how do I change the times to AM and PM, and how do I import my Google Cal instead of ios? I see I can do that on the web browser but not the app. However, I'm encountering a bug that won't let me finalize importing the Google Cal.
Found another bug. On the browser, there is no scroll bar (which seems to be the problem with importing the Google Cal too). I can't plan anything that isn't at the time it is now because I can't scroll up to add something for tomorrow morning because it's nighttime now. I wish I had a place to report this that were more private.

I agree!
AWESOME!!! It makes it so much easier that you can download the desktop version. Thanks 🥰
We're so glad you love this feature as much as we do, yay!
Great overview! Thanks alot :D
Thank you for the warm feedback Johannes!
That's exactly what I needed!
I so agree to this!
We're so glad to hear, thank you so much for your warm feedback! 💚
The curls are as fire as this video 🔥
You have the most calming voice I have heard :)
Tiimo on desktop!!! I just love it😍😍😍
Great 😍🙏
Thank you! 🎉
Thanks for this, super helpful!
Is there a way to set desktop version to AM/PM instead of the 24 hr version?
Agreed! Please make this option available.

Is there a reason why the routine feature was removed? 😢 is it coming back or is it gone for good? I really liked that feature😊

Can you make available the Tiimo wallpapers that are on the phone in the video?
Unfortunaly sinc the calenders it changed all the times of events-instead of 10am it moved it to 2pm.

How do I change the language?
I feel very excluded. I can't accurately get a sense of or plan my daily (or future) priorities if I can't see the week or month. WILD.
How do you combine sub task because you Tiimo combined my sub tasks together
NO MONTH OR WEEK VIEWS IN IOS?! I might as well go back to paper I can't believe I've been spending my money on this.
